These Terms govern your use of the Ilju and BaZi analysis service operated by Gahong ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms as laws, service structure, or payment methods change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Our Service provides Day Pillar and BaZi-based personality and life-pattern interpretation using birth date, birth time, gender, birthplace, and calendar type. All results are provided for self-discovery and entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or career advice.

The Service may include the following features.

• Free Day Pillar calculation and basic interpretation
• Paid deep reading and expanded BaZi commentary
• AI-powered follow-up questions or personalized interpretation
• Result saving, sharing, export, or other premium result features

As a user of the Service, you agree to the following.

• Provide Accurate Information: You must enter accurate birth data, checkout email information, and any other required information. We are not responsible for incorrect results or failed entitlement recovery caused by inaccurate input.
• Use the Service Lawfully: You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
• Respect Rights of Others: You must not use the Service to harass others, cause harm, or infringe third-party rights.
• No Abuse or Fraud: You must not bypass payment, attempt duplicate refunds, abuse automation, access the Service without authorization, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

Not Professional Advice: The results and AI responses provided by the Service are informational only and are not professional diagnosis, treatment, investment, legal, or career advice.

No Warranty: We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limits of AI and Interpretation: BaZi interpretation and AI-generated output have cultural, statistical, and model limitations and may be understood differently depending on individual circumstances.

All content and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, UI, software, and result composition, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may not do any of the following.

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes without authorization
• Remove or alter proprietary notices in the Service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices described there.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the following types of loss.

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity
• Loss caused by system failure, third-party outage, or security incident
• Loss arising from acts or omissions of third-party services or payment providers

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from the following.

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful or abusive use of the Service
• Your infringement of third-party rights

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access in the following cases.

• Violation of these Terms or applicable law
• Service abuse, fraudulent payment, chargebacks, or refund abuse
• Threats to security or operational stability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

We may update these Terms when needed. If a material change is made, we will post the updated Terms on the website and revise the last updated date.

Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Scope of Paid Services: Paid services may include deep BaZi reading, expanded commentary, AI follow-up questions, and other premium result features. Specific contents and prices are shown at checkout.

Payment Processing: Korean checkout flows may be processed through PortOne with providers such as NHN KCP, KG Inicis, and Kakao Pay. English-language or international checkout flows may be processed through Paddle. Available payment methods may vary by language, region, or operating environment.

Entitlement Activation: Paid features are activated after payment completion and verification. Checkout email or session-related data may be used to restore and control access.

Access Period: Paid entitlements remain valid for 7 days from the purchase date. A new purchase is required after the access period expires.

Digital Content and Refund Limits: Once you open the paid result, activate the entitlement, or use paid features such as AI questions, the digital content is considered supplied and refund eligibility may become limited. See our Refund Policy for details.

Access Restriction: We may restrict or revoke paid access in cases of fraudulent payment, chargeback, violation of these Terms, or technical verification failure.
