1. Digital Product Refund Principle

Our paid deep-reading and AI features are digital products. Once payment and verification are completed, service delivery is prepared immediately, so the broad return rights typically associated with physical goods do not apply in the same way.

Payments may be processed through PortOne and Korean payment providers such as NHN KCP, KG Inicis, and Kakao Pay for Korean checkout flows, and through Paddle for English-language or international checkout flows.

2. Service Period

Paid features become available after payment completion and verification. The access period for paid entitlements is 7 days from the purchase date.

  • Deep BaZi Reading: Available for 7 days from the purchase date
  • Paid add-on features such as AI questions: Available for 7 days from the purchase date

A new purchase is required after the access period expires.

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Limited

Refunds are generally limited once the paid result page has been opened or the entitlement has been activated. After the digital content has been supplied, the service is treated as performed.

Refunds or partial refunds may be limited in the following situations.

  • The deep result page has been displayed at least once
  • A paid feature such as AI questions has been used at least once
  • The paid result has already been saved, exported, or downloaded
  • The 7-day access period has already expired
  • The request is based only on a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction

4. Cases Eligible for Cancellation or Refund Review

A cancellation or refund may be reviewed in the following cases.

  • Payment succeeded but the result page did not open or paid access was not activated
  • You could not properly receive the service because of a server issue, network issue, or payment verification problem
  • A duplicate charge or unauthorized charge is confirmed

For domestic payments processed through PortOne, the system may attempt an immediate cancellation before the paid result page is opened. For Paddle or payment methods that do not support immediate cancellation, support review is required after you contact us.

When we review a cancellation or refund request, we may ask for evidence showing that the result page was not displayed or that a technical issue occurred.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please send refund or cancellation requests to the email below.

Please include the following information in your request.

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The payment date and amount
  • Any payment ID, order number, or transaction number you can identify
  • The reason for the request and any supporting evidence

6. Refund Processing

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days of receipt.

If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. Depending on the card issuer or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Additional verification may be required under the rules of the payment method or payment provider, and we may direct you to the relevant payment provider's support channel if needed.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated as our service features, payment structure, legal obligations, or payment-provider rules change. The policy posted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
